Rotary Club of Portishead
Notice is hereby given that the Virtual AGM will be held on Tuesday 13th April at 1930.
Officers and committee chairs should prepare a report which can be e-mailed to the Secretary after the meeting.
Nominations are also required for Ordinary members of Council for which there are 4 vacancies. If there are more than 4 nominations an election will be held. Nominations should be emailed to the Secretary and should include the name of the candidate, the proposer and a seconder. to reach him by Wednesday 7th April. A ballot paper will be circulated within 48 hours if an election is required and should be returned to him by Monday 12th April. Note that all members are eligible to stand apart from the outgoing Immediate Past President.
Other items which need to be on the Agenda are:
1. Treasurer's report and projected budget for the new Rotary year
2. To elect or re-elect Honorary Members.
3. To appoint new committee chairmen (to be moved to Assembly.)
4.To appoint auditors.
5. To appoint 2 reserve District Council delegates. Our principal delegates are Shonaugh and David B.
