Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General meeting of the Rotary Club of Portishead will be held on Tuesday 1 May 2018 at 1915 at Clarence House.
AGENDA
1. To receive and approve the annual reports of club committees.
2. To set a budget and level of subscription for the coming year 2018-19.
3. To elect honorary members for the coming year.
4. To elect a Junior Vice President for the coming year. So far one candidate, David Grant, has been nominated
5. To elect from three to six ordinary members of Council. Mollie Young and Lance Allen are eligible and willing to stand again.
6. To appoint committee chairmen for the coming year.
7. To appoint two district council representatives.
8. To appoint a club auditor.
