Notice is hereby given that a Special General Meeting will be held on 14 November 2017
AGENDA
!. To confirm the minutes of the SGM held on 8 November 2016 (as previously circulated).
2. To receive and approve the accounts for the 2016-2017 Rotary Year.
3. To confirm the election of Tony Mosely as President and Chris Phillips as Senior Vice President for the Rotary Year 2017-2018
4. To elect a Junior Vice President, a secretary and a treasurer for that year. The election of four ordinary members of the Council will take place at the Annual General Meeting in April.
Nominations for office should be in writing and include the names of the proposer and seconder and should be signed by the candidate to confirm willingness to stand.
5. To appoint a voting delegate for the District Conference.
