Having studied at the gold standard Institute for Optimum Nutrition (ION) for three years, she has set up and is running her own online clinic (Nina Nutrition). She is passionate about sharing her knowledge, motivating, supporting and coaching people to embed healthy habits.
Kathy Hobson writes:
“Nina Weatherill asked us how we wanted to spend the next 10 to 20 years of our life. She explained that making ourselves aware of just a few things would not necessarily extend our life span but enable us to “enjoy” it.
One important thing is to eat protein every day, especially oily fish, nuts, seeds, natural yogurt, cottage cheese. Sleep is also very important as it gives our brain time to “reset”. As we all know, excess processed sugar is not good for us and should be avoided if possible.
Exercise is certainly good especially resistance exercises to help our muscles.
I think it gave all of us “food for thought” and maybe a few of us may change our eating habits????? As she said we are never too old to change!!!
I myself have had 3 sessions with Nina and try to follow her suggestions which make sense and the small changes I have made were not difficult.”
