SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING – 2nd December 2025
Past President Mark Todd conducted the meeting reporting that with 14 members and no visitors present, there was one uncontested nominations for election as Club officers. Members present unanimously agreed and confirmed the following:
Election of Club President for 2027/28 –Still to be decided. Mark Todd will be President for the Rotary year 2026/27.
Election of Secretary still to be decided and Morag Prince Treasurer for 2026/27.
Mark Todd and Robert North as the two voting delegates for Rotary Conferences. Still to be decided and Still to be decided as deputies in the event that delegates are absent.
Still to be decided was appointment as Independent Examiner for the 2025/26 and 2026/27 annual accounts.
The independently examined Annual Accounts for the year 2024/25 presented by Treasurer Morag Prince were received and approved.
Discussed and approved by all members present that a £50.00 voucher should be given to the Independent Examiner. Janice Sinclair will facilitate this.
The Treasurer, Morag Prince thanked Janice Sinclair for all the help she has given her throughout the year, it was very much appreciated.
