Information about our good fun competition based on the BBC Strictly Come Dancing series

Our annual competition based on the BBC’s dazzling competition. It's not just about the Glitterball Trophy, it's about making a difference in our community. We're thrilled to announce that the Strictly Come Dancing Prediction League will return in 2024 and it's all in support of the Rotary Club of West Fife!

The challenge is to predict each week the couples to be in the Strictly Come Dancing Dance Off, the couple eliminated weekly and come the final, pick the winner.

Our competition is not a knock out but a league that hopefully keeps everyone engaged throughout the series.

How To Play

1          Each week players pick two couples from the list of contestants to be in the Dance Off
2          If one of your selections is in the Dance Off and survives you score 3 points
3          If one of your selections is eliminated you score 5 points
4          If you predict both couples in the Dance off you get a bonus 2 points
5          You are also asked to predict the winner before the start of the competition.
            If you get that prediction correct 10 points will be added to your total at the end.
6          When the final week is reached players will be asked to predict the Strictly winner from the competing
            finalists, get that correct and you score 5 points
7          A league table and nomination requests will be sent out each week by email
8          A £100 Marks and Spencer voucher will go to the entrant with the most points.
9          If there is a tie the player with the most 5 point predictions wins.
10        A nomination form for the first elimination night is attached.
11        Predictions must be placed each week by 23:59 hours Friday night prior to each programme.
