There was a discussion about District Conferences both past and future. President Neil said that at a minimum he would attend the Saturday of the District 1010 Conference at Aviemore on 13th September. If other members and partners were willing to attend then he would be happy to consider taking up the package to stay.

President Neil read a resignation note from Robert Sinclair.
