Rotary Members visit to St Richards Hospice

Joce Davey accompanied by other Rotary members visited St Richards Hospice on Friday 24th October

Rotarians and partners were invited to tour the excellent facilities at St Richards |Hospice on Friday afternoon.

They were guided by Jodi Brandwood the Hospice fund raising organiser through the light and airy spacious rooms.

As they walked around Jodi explained the expert care and support given to patients with an illness  that cannot be cured. The Hospice also supports family and carers.

These services are available  to all people registered with a South Worcester GP.

It was an emotional visit which brought home how important facilities such as these are provided by the Hospice

It also highlighted how much financial support is needed to maintain the standard of care provided.
