1. I have read the Regulations and agree to be bound by them. 2. I declare that the entered vehicle will be covered by insurance as required by the law that is valid for this event. 3. In consideration of the acceptance of this entry (if it is accepted) I undertake to indemnify the promoters and organisers of this event, the members of the Rotary Club of Chipping Sodbury and anyone concerned with the event's administration or persons accepting duties or responsibilities in connection with the event from and against all actions claims costs expenses and demands in respect of death or injury or damage to the property of myself my drivers passengers mechanics or associated personnel arising out of or in connection with this entry or my taking part in this event. 4. I understand that the organisers have the right to cancel the event and that subject to Regulation 12 they will not be liable for any claim whatsoever for expenses incurred or otherwise. 5. I declare that the driver(s) named above have the standard of competence required for this event and that the vehicle entered is suitable and roadworthy for the event. |
