                                       CHRISTMAS LUNCH DECEMBER 2021

Our Christmas Lunch is on Thursday 2nd December at Brickhampton Golf Club,

12.30 p.m. for 1 p.m. with carriages at 4.00 p.m.

Please find attached the Lunch menu. The cost of the lunch is £36 per person

for a three course lunch followed by tea or coffee. A glass of wine is included in

this price, as is VAT and Service.

The dress code for gentlemen is Lounge Suits.

Please let me know by e-mail as soon as possible whether you, your partner or guest

will be attending or not. We have to advise Brickhampton well in advance of our numbers and our menu selections. Please let me know your menu choice by Monday 1st November.

Please make your cheque payable to The Rotary Club of Cheltenham North and let

Linda Pawley have it by 1st November, alternatively you may pay by Bank Transfer

to Sort Code 20–20–15, Account No. 20231770. Unfortunately, as is commonplace these days, this will be non-refundable.

                    CHRISTMAS LUNCH MENU THURSDAY 2nd DECEMBER, 2021

STARTERS

A. Tomato, roasted red pepper and basil soup (gf, v, vea)

B. Antipasti - Prosciutto Cruda, Spinata Romana and Salami Milano, mozzarella,

basil oil, olives, dill pickles (gfa)

C. Grilled goats cheese, Ciabatta, candied pecans, Pear and Rocket salad (gfa, v)

D. Salt and Pepper Squid, Sriracha aioli, lime, chilli and coriander

MAIN COURSES

E. Roast Turkey with all the trimmings, Sausage meat and apricot stuffing,

pigs in blankets, duck fat roasted potatoes, turkey jus (gfa)

F. Honey, mustard and marmalade glazed Ham, duck fat roasted potatoes,

creamy mustard cabbage, Cumberland Sauce (gf)

G. Barbecue Smoked Salmon fillet, Avocado bernaise, new potatoes, green beans,

sweetcorn and fennel (gf)

H. Cranberry and lentil bake, roasted potatoes, yorkshire pudding, vegan gravy (gf, v, vea)

All main courses are served with family style seasonal vegetables

DESSERTS

I. White chocolate panna cotta, berries (gf)

J. Apple Tart Tatin, cinnamon ice cream (v)

K. Christmas pudding, brandy custard (v)
