Marie Curie gives support to people with a terminal illness in their own home and also respite care to the carer, with every £20.00 collected it gives an hour of care. We collected a fantastic amount last year and if anyone is able to give an hour or two of their time to ‘shake a tin’, I would be extremely grateful. Not only is this for a good cause but we meet some lovely people, and it is very humbling to hear some of the stories from the people the charity has helped.
