Children in Need 2023

As part of the preparations for the BBC Children in Need Appeal Pudsey paid a surprise visit to Witney Community Primary School


The Pupils reacted with great excitement when Pudsey, the iconic figure at the centre of the BBC's annual Children in Need appeal, dropped in for the afternoon.. Pudsey was touring the Thames Valley as part of the preparation for this years's event.

During the visit the pupils at the school completed their own collection and fund-raiising and encouraged by Pudsey they raised over £550 for the Children In Need appeal.

The school visit was arranged by Witney Rotary Club with several members accompanying Pudsey during his school visit.
