All clubs need to nominate at least 2 voting delegates to represent their clubs interests n interactive Online zom meeting for District 1260 clubs to share ideas, tackle challenges, access , and collaborate on local and global projects.

Upcoming: District 1260 Rotary Forum (Online)

Join us for the next District 1260 Rotary Forum on Wednesday, 15th April 2026 at 19:30 hrs. This is a vital session for all members to stay informed about our district’s governance, strategy, and financial planning for the upcoming year.

The meeting will be held virtually via Zoom, and your participation is crucial—especially for the items requiring a formal vote.

To ensure you are fully informed and ready to participate in the voting process, please refer to the "Rotary View" email sent out to all members by Jane Mordue.

The email contains:

  • Official joining instructions.

  • The full meeting agenda and minutes from the previous session.

  • Detailed financial documents and strategy papers.

Note: Please review these documents thoroughly before the meeting to help the voting process run smoothly.

A Savealife capsule

These capsules are designed to contain pills for use in an emergency or your regular dose. They are also suitable for other small items eg a rolled-up bank note, spare hearing aid batteries etc. A snip at £3 each.

The Breakfast Branch meets at Moreno's cafe from 8.30-9.30 on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays each month. Come and join us to discuss local issues, get involved in projects and decide on grants to international charities.

The EVAC team deals with local and national matters including support for local environmental and other projects, charities and individuals. The focus is currently on supporting small local charities.

The International Committee deals with donations to international charities and with Rotary Foundation matters, including Rotary grants and matched funding.

The Youth Service Committee organises youth competition heats run by the club, currently Young Chef and Youth Speaks, and works with three other local clubs through Mid Herts Rotary to promote a wider range of youth activities.
