We are thrilled to announce a landmark event in the history of Welwyn GC Rotary. To celebrate 100 years of community service and charitable giving (1926–2026), we cordially invite you to a fabulous gala dinner at the beautiful Essendon Country Club.
This is a night to honor our past achievements and look forward to our next century of making a difference. Whether you are a long-standing member or a friend of the Rotary, guests are very welcome to join the festivities.
Date: Saturday, 23rd May 2026.
Venue: Essendon Country Club, AL9 6HN.
Time: 7:00 PM for a 7:30 PM start.
Accessibility: The venue features step-free access for all guests.
Cost: £65 per person, which includes a return coach from central Welwyn Garden City.
Payment: The full amount of £65 is due immediately upon booking.
To ensure everyone can enjoy the evening safely and comfortably, we have arranged coach transport. Please note that coach places must be booked in advance.
Parking: Guests are encouraged to park in the Campus West Car Park, which is free after 6:00 PM.
Departure: The coach will leave the bus stop at 6:15 PM sharp.
Return: The evening concludes at 11:00 PM, at which time the coach will depart for the return journey.
Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment.
