Three Rotary Clubs Unite to Strengthen Community Impact Across the Kennet Valley
Thatcham Rotary, Newbury Rotary and Hungerford Rotary Clubs have joined forces to launch the Kennet Valley Rotary Clubs (KVRCs), a new collaboration aimed at increasing support for local communities across the region.
Club members please log in for more information.
While each club will retain its own identity and local focus, the partnership will enable members to work more closely together, sharing ideas, resources and volunteers to support community projects, fundraising initiatives and local charities.
Rotary brings together people who want to make a difference by giving their time, skills and experience to help others. Whether through fundraising, volunteering, organising events or providing practical support, Rotary members work to improve the lives of people in their communities.
The KVRCs initiative has been created not only to increase the impact of existing projects but also to raise awareness of what modern Rotary clubs do and encourage more people to get involved.
The collaboration officially launches on World Polio Day, 24 October 2026, reflecting Rotary's long-standing commitment to the global fight against polio and the power of communities working together to create positive change.
Three clubs. Three communities. One shared ambition: making an even greater difference across the Kennet Valley.
