Youth Competitions and Awards
We organise many events during the year including Young Writers, Tech Tournament, Young Chef, RYLA and our annual fun Race Night. This year's event will be held at the Parkside Hall.
A number of Rotakids clubs are now running in both Ampthill and Flitwick at the Firs Lower School, Russell Lower School, Alameda and Woodland academies. We know that other schools further afield in our district are looking to join this fun venture.
Youth competitions run this year include the Tech Tournament at which our local Redborne teams are regular winners. Our Young Chef winner went forward to the local competition. Young Photographer entry standards were so high that 2 of the entries won the District competition and were included in the national competition.
