17 teams from 5 schools participated in the club's first Technology Tournament held at King's Lynn Academy on 18 March 2015. The schools involved were: King's Lynn Academy, King Edward V11 Academy, Springwood High School, the College of West Anglia and Smithdon High School.
Students aged 11-18 competed at three different levels to build a vehicle powered by an electric motor hanging from a cable to cross an imaginary crocodile infested river. The intermediate level teams were also required to drop the "load" - perhaps a Shelter Box - and the advanced level teams were also required to return the vehicle to the its starting position.
