Club visit to The Aquabox Warehouse
Members and partners were joined by other friends to visit the Aquabox Warehouse in Derbyshire. We had an interesting talk on the incredible work the volunteers here achieve. Laurie Cooke from Huntingdon Cromwell Rotary Club presented a cheque to Aquabo
The visitors
We travelled to Derbyshire primarily to see firsthand how the charity Aquabox prepare the boxes which they send all over the world following natural and man-made disasters. Since 1992 over 110,000 boxes have been distributed. We also visited Cassington Reservoir and had an enjoyable time at Crich Tramway Village.
