Support these fantastic local charities and charge your Body and Mind in the Beautiful Northamptonshire countryside.
It is the perfect place to be at one with nature, while under the watchful eye of a very experienced lifeguard. Whether you are looking to train for a triathlon or simply bob around in the water, drifting past the dragonflies glinting in the sun, chatting to like-minded swimmers, we are able to cater for all with the 300-meter loop. There is plenty of room for everyone.
Swimming in open water can boost our serotonin and dopamine levels. Moving our bodies increases our cardiovascular fitness, releases mood-enhancing endorphins and helps with muscle building and bone density. The cold water coupled with blue green light therapy is proven to increase our Physical, Psychological and Social Wellbeing as well as boosting our immune system.
Use your hour for a mindful relaxing introduction to wild swimming or swim 1K for these great charities whatever works best for you.
There will be 8 x 1 Hour Swim Sessions with 25 Swimmers per hour. Your ticket will include a 1 hour swimming session and a donation to these local charities.
We have a fully qualified Open Water Lifeguard to keep you safe at all times.
We would also encourage you to raise sponsorship by donating to the following link: https://www.justgiving.com/campaign/wildswim2025
There will also be Volunteers from the local charities collecting donations on the day.
Parking is ample and a coffee facility will be available on site so please join us and book your spot promptly.
