Rotary Walk from The Royal Oak, Cogenhoe

10.15 for a 10.30 start
We'll be walking from the Royal Oak to Brafield-on-the-Green, and back, via a circular route of about 3.6 miles. There are some slopes, but it's pretty good ground and there are NO STILES, just a few easily opened gates.
There's plenty of car parking space at the pub, and if you have heard that it had closed don't panic, as it has recently reopened and has been refurbished. We had an excellent lunch on our test walk and while the menu is commendably short it is broadly-based with daily specials, and it's all home-cooked.
We can order lunch beforehand, as usual.
