THURSDAY 6TH DECEMBER 2012
THE OLD CROWN INN, ASHTON, NORTHANTS
Mulled wine and mince pies will be served from 10.00 a.m.
The walk will start at 10.30 a.m. and some mud may be encountered, so walking boots are recommended (standing still boots are also allowed under the H & S legislation!).
We leave Ashton, cross fields to Bosenham Mill, then take a minor road until we join the canal path, before walking beside a stream back up to Ashton and the pub.
