A Short Circular Walk from "The Red Lion", East Haddon - Organiser, Peter Davies
Please note that this is the 4th Thursday in the month and not theconventional 3rd Thursday!
Meet at 10.15 am. in the car park of the Red Lion at East Haddon
Due to my knee and hip operation it was only on the 24th July that I felt capable of testing the proposed walk which the Brixworth and District U3A recently completed and recommended to me.
I am walking much more slowly than in the past and the walk took 2hrs 15mins.
It scales on the map at 4.5 miles.
There are five stiles.
It is a lovely walk with long views but there is one short sharp hill.
