Christmas presents for Children in the Ukraine
Rotary making further contributions to Children in the Ukraine
The Christmas Gifts were donated by the public and then wrapped by a team of volunteers at Thomas Mills High School and Sixth Form in Framlingham described as a "Wrapathon", some 7200 gifts were wrapped and labelled. Once in Ukraine, it will be distributed by Rotary International into schools, hospitals and orphanages.
The Christmas aid convoy left from Bedford and arrived near the Slovak/Ukraine border and was then loaded onto vehicles for distribution organised by Ukrainian Rotary Clubs to :-.
