Information Point Number 8
After the Fuchsia hedges note the widely naturalised ‘Montbretia’ (a cross made by Victor Lemoine about 1823 between the two South African plants). Take the right fork. The path opens on to a more natural area. Bracken and Bramble are below the path while above it are Rowan and Spruce, obviously planted in recent years. Also Native Bluebells and Dog Violets.
Now go to Information Point Number 9 (Approximately 70 paces)
