Our annual event to say thank you to those who helped us with our Christmas Campaign and to hand out grants from the monies raised!
Thank You and Donation Evening
This has become a regular feature in our calendar, bringing together many of the volunteers who help us during our Christmas Campaign, either collecting with the float, outside Asda, or helping out at Rivendell Garden Centre where Santa met almost 400 children!
Last year, 59 different groups, charities and individuals were awarded a grant from our 2024 Christmas Campaign, joining us for what was a lovely night at Parklands Sports Club, celebrating all the good
that goes on in our wonderful community!

Grant applications are invited from Widnes based Charities, Community Groups and individuals (or groups in Halton who benefit Widnes residents) from our 2025 Christmas Fund. Closing date - 20th February 2026

In 2017 we nominated Aidan Jackson (then 14 yrs) for a Rotary Young Citizen Award after he raised £16,000 for charity. He has gone on to do great things ......
