UNUSED MEDICAL EQUIPMENT COLLECTION
Another collection complete — and thousands of lives will benefit!
Thank you to everyone who donated wheelchairs, walking aids, crutches and other mobility equipment. Your generosity makes a real difference.
A huge thank you to Upton Community Centre (Halton Borough Council) for hosting our collection day and Widnes Vikings Rughy League Club for providing safe storage.
We will have another medical equipment day early in 2027, so watch out for details.
Zen from Physionet collected the equipment which will help people around the world, including 3,600 pairs of spectacles, bringing the total sent to York Ainsty Rotary this year to over 8,200 pairs through the Specsort project.
