Rotary Elgin Make Donation in wake of Hurricane Melissa
Rotary Elgin have made an urgent donation to partner Shelterbox in the wake of Hurricane Melissa.
Members agreed to make a donation to fund 2 Shelterboxes from funds.
A single shelterbox will contain lifesaving shelter aid for a family.
