Stepping Up to the Plate
As we come to the end of the Rotary Elgin 2022/23 year President Martin Birse had the privilege of choosing the member who deserved the “Stepping up to the Plate” award. And last night Kate Asher who has been a member of the club for 13 years and who this year has led the House and Membership Team through some challenging times was presented with the accolade.
