Rotary Youth Leadership Awards 2026
RYLA - a Rotary sponsored program designed to develop leadership skills, confidence, and community service awareness among young people.
This year Rotary Elgin sponsored three candidates, Heather, Georgia and Roseanna, to attend the week long RYLA camp at Abernethy. As part of the experience, along with 48 other girls from district 1010, they heard Past Rotary President Heather Stuart deliver an inspirational talk.
