Young Citizen of the Year Award 2011
Ossett Rotary Club is proud to present its Young Citizen of the Year Award 2011 to local girl Caitlin Scarffe-Brookes.
Caitlin instigated the tidying up and renovation of a small local park, Broc-o-Dale gardens, at bottom of Kingsway, Ossett. She sent a heartfelt letter to the Wakefield Council last autumn asking if it could be restored to it's former glory.A grant of
