Aurora is a very socially active club from a low-key meet in a local pub to weekends away walking and socialising...there is always something going on! We have participated in events organised by other Rotary Clubs getting to the finals in both the District Quiz and the District Minor Sports, rising up to the challenge of Round the Island kayak race hosted by Melton Round Table to events organised by our own members in their own homes inviting current and potential new members to spend time together.
Visitors are always warmly welcomed to our Club meetings where we have enjoyed everything from an illustrated talk on the Vulcan Bomber to a whisky tasting. Our sub-teams work hard to ensure that our programmes are interesting, engaging and fun.
