Rotary Youth Leadership Awards

The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards are aimed at involving young people from the age of 14 to 30 in a program to develop leadership skills, communication skills, human relations and self-confidence. For our program in District 1240 we focus on 14-17 year olds, and see this as a great opportunity to forge links with young members of our community and bring the awareness of Rotary to a whole new generation.

Lend with Care

Lendwithcare is a revolutionary way to help some of the world’s poorest people work their way out of poverty with dignity. Lendwithcare allows you to lend as little as £15 to fund a small business.

After 8 years of broadcasting, 'smashy and nicey' (AKA local Rotarians Dave Almond and Rob Peters) decided it was time to do something different so their programme on 17th Dec was the final edition of Rotary Roundup.
