Classic Car Show at Culford

Thank you to everyone who supported our Classic Car Show at Culford again this year, when over 5,000 visitors attended and 550 cars were on show. We were especially lucky that the weather turned out fine, and the gale force winds had dropped enabling us to have a very pleasant day in the lovely parkland. A special thanks to Culford School for once again hosting the event, but also thanks to the many Rotary Cubs from the District who sent volunteers to help, and the US Air Force who also provided many volunteers. The event was sponsored by many local businesses who helped us financially, and in the provision of services enabling us to donate the maximum amount to charity. At the moment we are confident that the net proceeds from the event will exceed £30,000, all of which will be donated to charity, but some accounting is still to be done, that figure will hopefully rise. lots more pics and news on the event website - link below.
