Millburn Academy - Stuart Matheson with Kirstin Jack

The Millburn Academy Round 1 took place on Wednesday 25^th September.

They had four students taking part – Elise Legg, Kirsty Reid, Ella Mann and Kirstin Jack and the chef who judged the round was Stuart Matheson from An Talla Restaurant.

Stuart’s task was not an easy one, as all the students produced first class dishes, but he finally decided on Kirstin Jack as the winner. Kirsten will go on to represent Millburn Academy in Round 2 on Tuesday 8^th October.
