Nairn Academy

Round 1 competition

Nairn Academy held their Master Chef Round 1 at 4.00pm on Monday 23rd September.

The school put 4 students forward – Tom Rhind, Arran James, Charlie Holder and Isla James – and they all cooked excellent dishes for the chef judge, Saurav Kumar from the University of the Highlands and Islands.

Saurav’s job was difficult as the students were of a high standard, but he eventually chose Charlie Holder as the winner.  Charlie will go on to represent Nairn Academy in Round 2.
