Rosie Conroy from Charleston Academy, our Master Chef Competition winner, was invited to join the Rotary UK Young Chef Competition at the North of Scotland Final stage which took part in UHI Perth College on Saturday 3rd February.
There were 10 students, from all over the North of Scotland, taking part in this stage. Rosie cooked a lovely two-course meal for the judges but, sadly, was not placed in the top three contestants although her dishes were highly complimented by the chef/judges. That said, we are very proud of the success she has achieved and wish her all the very best for the future.
