President's Final Report for the Year 2019-20

Thank you for implementing my Committee structure suggestions and the good participation of those members within them.

We had an excellent  Hello/ Goodbye in the gardens of John and Judith , with the involvement of most members.

As requested in my first address, we have had plenty of chuckles and very interesting speakers.

The D.G. Manoj requested clubs assist a local Hospice, this we have achieved and would have raised more funds for Marie Curie but for the Lockdown. I represented Blaize at G10 meetings which helps to link with other clubs.

Mostly we have enjoyed the Meals and ambience of The Bradford Club and the service provided.

Activities :- Visit a Mosque & meal, Menwith Hill & meal, East Riddlesden Hall, Amazon & meal, excellent Christmas Party at Alan & Marjorie's home, provided 250 Illustrated Dictionaries to children in deprived areas of Bradford, RYLA (2), Ocean Youth Trust, Food Bank, Shoe Boxes, Saltergate -Ethiopia, we had a good attendance at District Conference.

Many thanks to our Officers & Chairmen for their excellent work: - Atif, Geoff, Mike (who with ZOOM maintained the Clubs involvement), Alan Arthur, Barry S., John Watson, John Barrow.

I believe we continued to uphold the Objects of Rotary and our Motto. I believe members will give great support to Atif through this most difficult time in our Clubs history

I am happy that I agreed to act as your President despite previous misgivings and look forward to many more years enjoying your company.
