Clothing Solutions is a registered charity no. 1120118, and offers information, advice and a garment production/alteration service. They offer solutions to most clothing and dressing issues whether concerning, shape, size, proportion, access and fastenings, fabric technology and care.
Customers are encouraged to visit their premises by appointment. If necessary, their staff can visit Centres, Residential Homes, Schools, Hospitals and individuals in the local area.
Where bespoke garments are required each customer will be consulted on design, colour and fabric choice. Measurements are taken and each garment fitted if necessary before completion. A postal service is available to customers living outside the area if garment fittings are not required.
Finished garment prices will include a home visit charge where appropriate, pattern, fabric, haberdashery and making-up charge. They aim, however, to keep prices in line with quality high street stores.
Disabled people, carers and therapists are invited to telephone or email the Clothing Service to state briefly their particular needs and to learn whether an ideal solution can be found.
