Plans for the Year
Barry Smith (Chair), David Burrows, Geoff Brown
The weekly meetings continue to be well supported. The quality of the food remains at a good standard, although we expect the price to increase during the year from the current £10. An increase to £12 would be acceptable and would compare favourably with the amounts paid by other Clubs in the District.
Subscription for the year has been agreed at £100 based on a membership of 19 and we welcome Mohammed Aslam as a member as from 1 July.
Attracting external speakers to the Club is not always easy, which has resulted in members making their own presentations or arranging external visits. No doubt these visits will continue, although we need to make certain we do not preclude some members attending on these occasions because of access issues.

more As part of the Rotary tradition when members visit another club they exchange banners. These banners have been collected by Blaize when they have visited other clubs or other clubs have visited us.
