This is the 5th high value, high impact project providing 14 bore hole fresh water wells, 4 toilet blocks with wash basins to 10 schools in deprivated areas around Durgapur City, West Bengal, India. The project is being co-ordinated by Walsall Saddlers in England and the Rotary Club of Durgapur City in India and has a value of 50883USD and is being funded entirely form the Rotary Foundation. This project is currently in the early stages of development. On the 2nd October 2019 the sites for the toilet blocks were marked out in Kalikapur and areas nearby and the foundations were laid and distribution of sweets to local villagers. Work will start in ernest on the 14th October
