The Rotary Club of Bradford and Bingley’s 100+ Draw Rules

This Draw is registered with BMDC Non - Commercial Society (Lotteries) License No. 217440

 

 

1. The object of the Draw is to raise funds for The Rotary Club of Bradford and Bingley’s Charity Account

 

2. The Draw will be run under the supervision of the Club Council and administered by the Draw Committee.

 

3. The Draw is open to Rotary members, their family and friends.

 

4. Anyone applying must be 16 or over.

 

5. Applicants should fill in and sign an application form and return it to The Rotary Club of Bradford and Bingley - Draw Committee.

 

6. Entry will be by subscription of £5 per month per number, paid in advance.  A Standing Order for a period of twelve months is requested or annual payment in advance.

 

7. Members may have more than one number.

 

8. The draw will be monthly – normally at the third meeting in the month.

 

9. Winners will be contacted personally by email or telephone to arrange payment. The winning Numbers will be posted on the Rotary Club of Bradford and Bingley’s website and their social media after the draw. Any winnings will be transferred to your bank account when your Number is a winner unless you advise otherwise.

 

10. There will be three prizes each month from the Prize Fund.  The Prize Fund is 50% of the regular monthly income.  1st prize = 50% of monthly Prize Fund: 2nd prize = 30% of monthly Prize Fund: 3rd prize = 20% of monthly Prize Fund           

                                                                                                

11. By purchasing a Draw Number you agree, in accordance with GDPR 2018, to be contacted by email or telephone; and to your details being held on a register – name; contact addresses and telephone numbers; bank details; Draw Number(s) allocation; and subscriptions paid - electronically for the purposes of maintaining records and administering the Draw and Prize Fund.  Your personal details will not be passed on to third parties other than for administration of the Draw 

 

12. Unless otherwise advised, you will be deemed to have left the Draw if your subscription remains unpaid for a period of 28 days.

 

13. If a winner cannot be contacted for a period of six month, their winnings will be placed into The Rotary Club of Bradford and Bingley’s Charity Account.

 

14. 50% of all money raised from the Rotary Club of Bradford and Bingley’s 100+ Draw will go to the Charity Account and 50% will be used for the Draw’s Prize Fund.

 

15.  Please inform a member of the Draw Committee of any changes to your details.

16. You will be allocated your Draw Number on receipt of your first payment into The Rotary Club of Bradford and Bingley’s account for the draw.  You must ensure that your name is entered in the Reference Box when giving your payment instructions to your bank.
