The Methodist Church is less formal in its hierarchy than the Church of England or the Roman Catholic Church. There are 4 different levels - individual churches; Circuits which represent groups of churches led by a Superintendent (Nick Blundell Superintendent of Bradford North will be giving our new year address on 8th Jan). Districts which comprise groups of Circuits. We are in the West Yorkshire District. Overarching the District is the Connexion the managing body of which is the Methodist Conference for which Roger is President elect.
