Bradford Rotary Club inaugurates its new President
On Friday 4 July Manoj Joshi was inaugurated as the new President of the Rotary Club of Bradford. The Club was founded in 1922 and has a new President every year.
Mr Joshi is a local business man with wide voluntary interests in the City. He told the 40 members and guests at the meeting (which included the Deputy Lord Lieutenant Virginia Lloyd) that he hoped to increase the interest of local people in the work of Rotary and that as a result there may be an increase in the diversity of membership of the Club.
He thanked outgoing President John Guest in whose year the Club raised over
