Mick Clough's 50 years in Rotary - June 2013

Mick Clough presented with a 50 years of service to Rotary certificate.
Mick Clough recieved his Certificate of 50 Years membership and service to Rotary from District Governor Keith Davison. The Certificate was to have been presented at our Charter Lunch in March but Mick was unable to attend due to his wife Peggy having a minor accident. DG Keith was as good as his word and made time in a busy schedule to return to the Club and do the "honours". Mick revealed that he had been invited to join both Rotary and Round table at the same time and chose Round Table where he stayed for 10 years before coming to Rotary. Just think! If he had chosen differently this would have been a 60 yeras certificate!
