Information for OUR VISITORS

VISITORS ARE ALWAYS VERY WELCOME TO JOIN OUR MEETINGS

Prior to the start of formal business of the club, a one course meal plus coffee (£15) is served in the restaurant at 6pm        

CAR PARKING - On Arrival, Rotarians & Visitors must register their car's registration number at the Hotel's Reception or Bar.   Failure to do so could result in a £100 CHARGE 

Members & Visitors wishing to attend a meeting should book in and advise on menu selection (see belew)  with Rotarian Robin Bowler using the form below.... or emailing RCDeMontfort@protonmail.com
