St George's Day Scouts Celebration

Godalming District Scouts held their St George's Day Celebration this year on the Burys and then paraded through the town.

Rotarians from both Godalming clubs assisted Scout Leaders with the annual St George's Day Celebrations again this year.

Whilst the scouts, cubs and beavers enjoyed a wide variety of activities on the Burys, their security was maintained by a number of Rotarians who then supervised the temporary road closures whilst everyone paraded to the church and back along the High Street.
