Wendy was the longest serving  "Meet and Greet" Ambassador for Southport Tourism, working for over 25 years since the inception of the service in 1994. This followed a very interesting career as a Bunny Girl, and an actress, working with many well known stars of the day. These included The Beatles, Morecambe and Wise, Norman Wisdom, Cilla Black, Englebert Humperdink and Tom Jones.
