Club President, John Tarpey, performed once last duty before handing over his jewel to incoming president Patricia McAuliffe. He presented club member John Heddon with a sapphire for his Paul Harris fellowship Award, the second sapphire that John has received in his Rotary membership for the work that he puts into not only community service, but to all aspects of work the club carries out.
John handed over to Patricia, and was then surprised himself, when he was awarded with a Paul Harris Fellowship Award, for standing in as President for a second term, and putting 100% effort into his second term in office.
Mike Green was installed as our President Elect for the new year.
