The Possible Agenda for the meeting will be:
1. To elect a President Nominee for 2025/26, President in 2027/28.
2. Receive reports from Club Council and Committees on the year 2024/25
3. Receive an interim report from the Treasurer on the year 2024/25
4. To elect the auditors for the year 2025/26
5. To agree the proposed budget and fix subscriptions for the year 2025/26
6. To elect any honorary members for the year 2025/26
7. To elect 6 members of Council for the year 2025/26
7. To elect 2 members to represent the club at District Council
