When reports will be given by the Committee Chairs of the activities of their committees in the past year. All guests are welcome. We meet in person at Overstone Park Resort and on Line via Zoom. Just ask for details

Typically the Agenda will cover:
1. Receive reports from Club Council and Committees on the current year
2. Receive an interim report from the Treasurer on the current Year
3. To elect the auditors for the year forthcoming year
4. To agree the proposed budget and fix subscriptions for the forthcoming year
5. To elect any honorary members for the forthcoming year
6. To elect 6 members of Council for the forthcoming year
7. To elect 2 members to represent the club at District Council
